Today we will install an american building components sl 16 metal roofing panel.
Measure the roof area.
At this point chalk a line from ridge to eave.
Use your neoprene washer head screws to secure the metal to the sheathing.
Most metal shingles will be attached to the roof using metal shingle.
Space the screws about 12 in 30 cm apart.
Cut off the overhanging old roofing with the fascia.
Work up from the initial row starting at the lower corner in a diagonal pattern staggering the shingles to prevent gaps.
Replace fascia boards that are rotten.
